Diet plays an important role in maintaining physical and mental health, especially in the postpartum period. I provide my clients with healthy, convenient meal options to get them through the first days at home with their new baby.
With my Postpartum Meal Packages, clients get fresh, healthy meals prepared in their home during the postpartum period. They are comprised of whole foods with nutrient-dense components, simple construction and presentation, and well-balanced flavor. Each meal has been curated to include foods known to support (and not impede) lactation in healthy, normal adults.
After this period, they can get the support of family and friends through meal delivery via their own personalized Meal Train, which I will set up and administer.
